The Longview Chalet is fully furnished and equipped with dishes, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a stove, and a smart TV. The two bedrooms have queen beds. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open-concept. The bathroom has a shower (no tub). The balcony has a nice view of the Kootenay Lake. The water, electricity, septic, and internet are included. The coin laundry is open 7days/week/24h

Before you leave, please clean your dishes, the microwave, the fridge, and the coffee maker. If not cleaned, a $30/hour charge is applied.
If you enjoy a music event with us during your stay, the ticket price will be added to your reservation.
Price based on 2 guests, 1 vehicle
$2100/month for a 12 month contract
$2500/month for a six-month contract
$3000/month for a three-month contract
*The security deposit of $1000 will be returned when the chalet is clean and the contract is over.

Price based on 2 guests, 1 vehicle
$200/day Minimum two nights
$15/person after 2 guests.
